Romelu Lukaku still wants Chelsea despite Man Utd offers

Romelu Lukaku has told his agent, Mino Raiola, that he would prefer to join Chelsea over Manchester United, according to reports.

The Sun claims that Jose Mourinho is planning on making a move for the Everton striker this summer and United are willing to pay him a £200,000-a-week salary.

But Lukaku has made it clear that he was to return to Stamford Bridge and is even willing to accept a lower wage in order to make the move happen.
Chelsea are lining up their own £70 million offer for the 23-year-old and is said to be fully aware of Antonio Conte’s interest.

Chelsea attempted to sign Lukaku last summer
but failed as Everton rejected their £68m offer.
Lukaku is also reportedly unhappy with Mourinho’s decision to sell him to Everton for £28m in the summer of 2014.
Mourinho will bring in attacking reinforcements this summer following Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s cruciate knee ligament injury and Lukaku is wanted along with Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezmann.
