Jose Mourinho admits he has eyes for Celta Vigo

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho says he has been forced to rotate his squad for the visit of Swansea with Celta Vigo to come in the Europa League on Thursday.

The Red Devils made four changes from the side’s 0-0 draw with Manchester City on Thursday with Jesse Lingard, Wayne Rooney, Luke Shaw and Ashley Young coming in.

Mourinho, 54, says the club’s priority is the semi-final of the Europa League but a win against the Swans take the Red Devils above Liverpool.
United could play eight times in the next 25 days and Mourinho says the changes today are with Thursday in mind.

‘It’s our ninth match in April – sometimes with two days rest, sometimes with 3 days in between matches,’ Mourinho told BT Sport.

‘On top of that 22 players was reduced to a squad of 14 and the situation is not easy for us but the reality is we have two competitions to play for and we have to go for everything we have today.
